Carole Stone has been named ‘Britain’s Best Connected Woman’ by the Institute of Directors and O2.

A great response to a first round of public voting won Carole a place in the top six best connected women in Britain and she was elected overall winner by delegates at the IoD’s Women as Leaders Conference on Wednesday, November 9.

Simon Walker, Director General of the IoD, said: “It’s a testament to Carole’s success as both a business person and a networker that she saw off such well-known names as Martha Lane Fox and Arianna Huffington to claim the title of ‘Britain’s Best Connected Woman’.”
