Returning to the stunning Quintessentially Soho at the House of St. Barnabas for a second year, TheStoneClub Christmas Drinks drew more than 500 people - the great and the good from the worlds of media, politics, business and social enterprise together with other well-wishers.

Stephan Shakespeare, Founder of YouGov, welcomed the guests and spoke about YouGov-Cambridge; a new kind of research centre that combines the tools of academic expertise and opinion polling in one place.

Carole Stone said that in these difficult economic times she hoped the network established would play a part in bringing people together to share their skills and knowledge.
